Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–21 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some items may be restricted from shipping to certain locations.
Lost or Damaged Packages HD LUXE FASHION is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at HDLUXEFASHION@GMAIL.COM with photos of the damage.
